Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase from Kollective Klothing, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@kollectiveklothing.com with your order number and reason for return or access our returns portal.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that all United Kingdom returns will be charged £2 for returns which will be deducted from your refund total, unless the item is faulty.
Unfortunately we will not be accepting any international returns at this time.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would life a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@kollectiveklothing.com.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
